Matt - As one of the lurkers, I thank you for your questions during the conf call. The response to your request for a Hanil update was very revealing. The Koreans seem to be farther along than anticipated in the last call, with Dawson indicating that equipment has already begun to arrive at the new facility. (Who knows, maybe the Samsung thing is turning up the heat.)
Also, I fully agree with your comments on the lack of share supply. (The two co-founders themselves own about 1/3 of the outstanding.)
This may mean that it won't necessarily take a contract announcement to move the price significantly. Another scenario is one or a few institutions hearing positive comments from sources at OEMs and deciding they won't play this shakeout game of chicken any longer. They might be willing to pay, say, $6-$8 for the privilege of 300K shares before the real run-up begins.
