To tell you the truth, I am not sure, but I heard that a lot of companies can extend the listing to July 2, if they show a plan to Nasdaq that will revive the price, that includes the possibility of a reverse split, but this will not happen with CAVR because cavr needs to increase its CAPS as well to stay Nasdaq. They need a big new investor, who is willing to put in $2M. Carver is in the regular Nasdaq market not the small cap one. I have a question to everybody can a company easily move from regular Nasdaq to Nasdaq small Cap?? Regarding Datak, I am not sure how Datak deals with this, you probably need to call them.
