I hope I don't hurt anyone's feelings, but I've inhabited many, many SI threads and all the campaigns to take possession of shares to prevent shorting have come to naught.

It does, however, pass the time and give the illusion of "doing something".

Just my experiences,

p.s. If I were a shorter, I would take such a campaign as a signal to attack as it indicates that shareholders are under stress and can be "spooked".
