I think that this may be the one:

Note that they are marketing a call management system as part of their products. They "designs, builds and delivers a wide range of public and private networks, communications systems and software, data networking systems, business telephone systems and microelectronic components." This would seem to be one of the companies that fits the industrial vendors.
