MM Malinoff was promoted from within by Arif, the other company you mentioned is called Myriad and yes they are the company that had IRS problems and FAMH negotiated the figure down and acquired Myriad. MM

MM. There is very little information that we have on Randy Malinoff at this point. I have forwarded a number of questions regarding Malinoff to Anna Love for this p.m.'s teleconference (see post 18330). No, I do not believe he was from the Myriad operation. My understanding was he has been VP operations for FAMH for the last 6 years. There should be a lot more concrete info available this afternoon. LTBFV, Dick
