From that Viagra press release: The television report said Pfizer sent the alert letter following cases where Viagra patients died after developing irreversible hypotension, or low blood pressure. Caprino said no alert had been sent, adding the letter now being drafted ''does not represent an emergency'' response but was instead ''a natural progression of outreach education.'' -- Who is going to believe that line? PFE now off 3 3/16.
