Perhaps the same place as visitors to the Web site. Relevant Knowledge reports that unique visitors to Amazon.com dropped from 4.859 milis to 4.178 mil from March to April, respectively. In terms of rankings, AMZN dropped from 16th to 23rd. They had been climbing in the rankings.
