watching VLAB - still no word about the trade show in Switzerland... would love to know how it went.. also stockholder meeting yesterday: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of VideoLabs, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 1998, at 3:00 p. m., local time, at The Metropolitan, 5418 Wayzata Boulevard, Minneapolis, 55416 for the following purposes: Shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 1998, are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting.
