Thank you Jin. I sent a FAX to Anna Love yesterday. Strongly encouraging direct questions. Hope also that Malinoff comes from outside of the company. Arif is the core of this business which is solid. IMHO. later, .........

Jin. Both you and MiriamsSon have come out in support of Anna Love, based on her being sharp and understanding the criticality of the situation. You are both very strong supporters of the company. I think you know that I am also. I don't judge on the basis of being bright, or undrestanding the situation. There's no question you need both but above all, you need to be able to walk the walk and generate results. I will not repeat what I said in 18325 but Anna Love has got to produce results and to date she hasn't. The CC's do not produce the hard facts that they could (because she is not assertive enough) and the one annuncement that I have seen is very poor. Based on your strong recommendations and support, she has one more trip to the plate to demonstrate to me that she can get the job done. If she can great!!! If she cannot, we do not have the time to continue with on the job training!!! There are so many companies that can do the job, we don't have to settle for anything less than excellent performance.
