IQ Suite Data Sucks -- and so does their Customer Support

I don't know if I'm alone in this observation (and I severely doubt that I am) but the IQ Suite Databases are just rife with errors. Splits are not handled on a timely basis (if at all). Lots of errant data points....especially on indexes.

I've reported all of the bad data points I've discovered thru their Support WWW page and I get NO response from IQC. The silence is rather telling.

In addition -- I cannot believe that there is not one comment on this thread about the missing intra-day data since the US satellite went crazy last week. Their Intra-day database has no data since the 19th. When I asked their Customer Support (likely a software engineer) to put the status on their WWW page -- guess what? NO answer.

It is too bad that such a promising tool is ruined by extremely poor Customer Support and shoddy data.

P.S. I am a "paying" customer...for the last two months. And in the last two months there has not been a data that I've discovered and reported data problems.

I am a little confused by the MACD chart in IQ Suite.

Correct me if I am wrong.

- The red line is the is the 9-day EMA ("signal" line).

- The green bars are the difference between 26-day EMA and the 12-day EMA.

Or are the green bars the divergence between the MACD and signal line?

Shouldn't there be one more line like in bigcharts.com ?
