Larry:

My guess is that TPI won't be issuing any new shares to "accomodate" any interest in the stock. The reason for the show is to get people to buy shares (and, in turn, get the stock price up). Issuing more shares wouldn't be helpful...

Will insider shares be made available? I don't know, but seeing as TPI insiders haven't sold before I can't see why they would now.

All conjecture on my part (but it seems a common sense conclusion).

Again, the road show is going to be great for TPI. I'd been meaning to call Janis and Co. for weeks (in order to verify what others have posted), and I'm glad I did.

Regarding a previous post: I feel anyone who is thinking about investing in TPII should take a look at the stock today. I've been in and out of TPII on a number of occasions, and my experience is that a day like today is a wonderful time to buy the stock. And seeing as these road shows will begin in a couple of weeks, now may be a perfect time to buy and hold...

regards,

JS

ps - sheesh, hope I don't come across as hyping here (FYI, I'm a buyer today...<g>)
