PESKKY May 21 1998 11:34AM EDT I have watched over the past several weeks as Kathy VanNess and Barry Hall have battled to keep APTX going. At the same time I have watched short sellers drive the stock well below its appropriate level. In the largely meaningless interchanges between respondents, one salient fact was lost. APTX is the only digitally integrated application system working on a wide variety of materials. The development client list has rapidly become a Who's Who in consumer products. On this subject APTX maintains confidentiality as it should. And like so many new application technologies, the most successful products probably won't be the ones they targetd in the first place. They are a digital applications business with tough management and a very promising future. Well done to have weathered the storm!
