" FCSE -I anticipate a move to $7 from $3 7/8 after warrants expire May 26.

There are a little over 1 million warrants that expire Monday
May 26. The warrants are redeemable for 1.81 shrs of FCSE common (1,954,000 shrs) assuming everyone sends in the $6.75 to buy the stk. This gives the warrant holders the right to buy the shrs at a price of $3.81 Which is about where the stk is trading as of friday close. I went through all the message boards and most feel the warrants are what is holding the stk price down.
VectorVest (www.vectorvest.com) values FCSE at $7 to $8.
Red Chip review values FCSE at $7.
