"But there is more to this company than contracts. Please don't join the host of others that say: "hmmmm....a contract with so and so = $0.04/share. This contract with this company = $0.02/ share." Add them together with the lawsuit, etc. and you get a total of the company value. Hey friends, that has been a big problem here. Mike has warned us of this kind of thinking." Can you explain how this is the big problem? It seems to me that this is the way a prudent investor should be thinking. Believing there is value in an obscure "asset" doesn't give the company value unless management can derive revenue and profit from it. These guys don't score high marks in that regard, do they? There are no patents yet,won't be at least for some time, and may never be! Bets on the lawsuit coming to fruition?? Probability of "announced sale" actually closing??? I don't know if you are trying to kid others or yourself, but it seems you are kidding!!
