Alan we are into semantics again but God is. Period. It the spirit of all creation. God is not a personal being. God is everyones person. Without the soul of God operating your subconscious mind you wouldn't exist. The "I Am that I Am" is one of the most misunderstood of bible verses. It requires the ability of great understanding to make clear what the saying really means. HAVEN'T FOUND A CLERGYMAN YET WHO GIVE WHAT THE MEANING IS. Sorry for caps in hurry gotta run.
