I was not under that misconception. I stated earlier, I am looking for the Form 10 filing by the end of next week, as stated in the newsletter. That will tell us a whole lot, and will appease the big money waiting on the sidelines looking for audited numbers, contracts, etc. I think the actual nasdaq listing is not as important as this filing. However, I still predict that the nasdaq listing will be several months before my planned early retirement date. JMHO.
