ratan, Glad to hear my experience has encouraged others to follow up on their order handling issues. Sounds like you've had a lot of problems with them, have you considered switching brokers? Remember they probably need your business more than you need them. Could you post (or e-mail) the name and tel# of the NASD attorney and the address where you filed the complaint. You should visit the NASD Regulators web site, at nasdr.com. There you'll find everything you need to file a complaint, including phone numbers.
