The best interest is keeping the share price up at anytime. As for who is in control...I would assume check central because they have controlling shares of GLCP. They will have a majority of the shares. In the case of CLCK, which is taking off today, the two people that owned First Independant Computers, own about 90% of the company so even though they are not CEO, they are the majority owners. CLCK will be a player in the next two years in the financial industry.

I cannot question your math or your analysis. I expect news of some kind before the transaction is completed to bolster valuation. The most likely news is a successful test of Airlink, perhaps an internal test of some sort. Someone suggested on this thread that an announcement of this kind was coming soon.
