I keep hearing everyone say to wait until INTC hits 65 to buy it, like that is some kind of important level. Do you think that INTC will magically go where everyone expects it to go so everyone can get the price they want? Usually when the crowd consensus is to buy a stock at 65, the stock stops at 70. Or the stock goes to 60 and overshoots on the downside. Rarely does a stock settle in right where the crowd wants it to.

Not long or short INTC, just an observation of what I have been hearing people say...
