To all: Talked to Pinnacle Group (718-428-7651) today. The transfer agent is American Securities Transfer and Trust Inc. of Lakewood Colorado (303-234-5300). I called twice today to find out the amount of authorized and outstanding stock but my calls were not returned. I am not a stockholder yet so maybe if a stockholder called they would get an answer. Free call from Denver area.
Pinnacle Group thought they were financing these acquisitions with credit and sell of stock. Didn't seem to know much about my financial questions so they will have the Leah Industries send me information with audited financial papers. If it is true that Leah Industries already has audited financial papers this is great news.
Pinnacle Group said Leah was thinking about applying for a listing on the American Stock Exchange but what is the difference if they are going to merge with the NASDAQ.
If all this news is true LEAH will be a good investment but I haven't found out anything yet.
