Scott, I blew it on ICVI. Started to buy two days ago and then didn't pull the trigger. Oh well, lots more fish in this BB ocean. I've been into JNNE since yesterday. Moving slowly but surely and not being hyped anywhere that I've seen.

I have been a "lurker" on this site for probably 3 months now and have very much appreciated all of the valuable info given regarding the DD of TPI. Over the past few weeks, I have spoken on several occasions to Samantha Chapman @ TPI regarding the progress of contracts, announcements etc.
In light of todays "shedding" I placed both an e-mail and and call to Samantha to try to get more info. She called me back a few hours ago and here is the info she provided. (I piad the $125 because I felt this info is important to all)
1) She said that in HER opinion, the relationship between BMR and Bigisoft was nothing more than a name change.
2) The contract negotiations between TPI and Bob Bemer are " very close" to being consumated and that this name change has NO adverse effect whatsoever on the contract.
3) *** note: she also said that when the announcement is made, the contract will state that it is between TPI and Bigisoft
4) She could not comment as to any exclusivity for TPI re: Bemer tool, as she said that she is not privy to that information right now. The board of directors of both corporations are dealing with this now.
5) TPI will not be making any announcements regarding Bemer/Bigisoft name change but it will be addressed when the contract is fiinalized.

** I have done my best to post factual and up-to-date information here as relayed to me directly from Samantha Chapman @ TPI.
I hope that this information is helpful and appreciated by all here and would like to ensure that people do not regard this as a first-time hype post.
Please call Samantha yourself @ (905) 812-9927 for your own take on her answers.
