Peter, I was also buying ASND in the 40's (and higher, as CSCC). But I was also buying in the 20's. This is a vastly different company now in a number of areas:

1) More mature product line.
2) Better integration of CSCC unit.
3) Management credibility.

My suggestion to you is don't worry about any analyst opinion, just use it to confirm your own opinion.

If you like the stock buy/hold it, if you don't sell/short it.
