We have actually been rallying for 16 years, less a pothole in 1987 and a war in 1991.

Since current eps are make believe, of course they don't matter any more than Jiminy Cricket's opinion about Whitewater.

You don't believe the brokerage analysts? You probably didn't believe Jim Carrey in "Liar, Liar," either. They do not sell stock, they pump and dump it. But that is not selling stock. That is asset allocation and sector rotation. -g-

Seriously, I heard some of the same crap about looking over the valley to the next peak. I think that is what killed all those guys on Mt. Everest, and it didn't do Sonny Bono or Michael Kennedy much good, either.
