[ Myron, Hyal Pharm. ]

80%

5614506

80%

5079236

use
80%

5077296

5039521

From the recent quarterly...... "31,703,780 common shares and US$4.9 million in debentures outstanding at April 17, 1998 and cash of $9.4 million (US $6.6 million) at March 31, 1998". I don't see anything scary there, but they will need funding ('97 burn was C$19 million) soon.

Eva Turley, their V.P. R&D, is a very respected scientist.

You'd want to know the skivvy on why the two directors "resigned" in March. Looks like it may be a find, but...... I'm a little distressed by the reference to an AK market of $240 million when they're talking a topical analgesic....

a quick $0.02..... take it for what it's worth.
