ARET ANNOUNCED TODAY THAT ITS SUBSIDIARY, TOMAHAWK
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY HAS SIGNED A JOINT VENTURE
AGREEMENT WITH HYDROPONIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION TO
BECOME A MANAGING PARTNER AND TO PROVIDE LONG-TERM
MAINTENACE ON THE HYDROPONIC FACILITY SCHEDULED TO BE
BUILT IN CLINTON, MISSOURI

ARET announced today that its subsidiary Tomahawk Construction Company has
signed a Joint Venture agreement with Hydroponic Development Corporation (HDC) to
become a managing partner and to provide long-term maintenance on the hydroponic
facility scheduled to be built in Clinton, Missouri. Tomahawk Construction Company
will retain its original contract with HDC to provide design engineering and construction
on the two acre facility.
