Sure, Norm, but remember the phrase in question is "socio-economic majority". Like I said, 1 dollar, 1 vote. Or if you prefer a more formal definition, apply a multiplier proportional to the aggregate economic holdings of a given group when assessing the importance of that group's interests in policy considerations. Perhaps to fully account for economic factors and their greater relative influence, an exponential functionality would be more appropriate that a linear multiplier. In simpler terms, Microsoft Rules!

Cheers, Dan.

>>>'Socioeconomic' is a real word<<<

Socio-economic is a real phrase, as I know from having passed my college sociology course, even if it weren't plastered everywhere throughout the debate about race, class, and education.

However, 'socio-economic majority' is a new one, one that you almost want to let slip by because it seems to resemble the other. But we were originally talking about majority opinion, so that makes it pretty difficult to ignore Reg's slippery suffix.

I just like to tweak Reg by repeatedly asking him to back up items I know he can't back up. It's a little like pulling the wings off flies, though. Gad, I feel so ashamed. :-(

Cheers,
Chaz
