CYP is definately the most liquid and the most volatile which makes for good short term trading.

I think todays action in CYPRESS is a sign that people now reckonize DML/NAI/MGJ {and the two smaller partners with DML} are the better investment in SVB.

Of which I like (1,2)MGJ/NAI just MNSHO.

But don't forget that CYPRESS does have a good cash base. {Not great, but good} More likely they will use it elsewhere.
