Frustrating isn't it? What's interesting is that my broker told me two to three weeks ago that smod was expected to miss the .31 cents by one or two cents. How did he know? Inside information is rampant. The stock price has dwindled f rom near $27 just two weeks ago to $21/shr. just before the earnings announcement. All of that drop was a direct result of various fund managers, etc. knowing before you and I. That's the way this game is played! And yes, it stinks!

Good ole silent Ajay knew as well. And I bet he's getting heat. That's why he is making this statement now about the next two quarters - to cover his ass. Others on this thread can talk 'till they're blue in the face about Ajay being honest, not being a hypster and all that other misguided crap. Bottom line is Ajay will cover his ass just like anyone else. And right now he's got his hands full. He sees his growth stock status evaporating quickly due to quality and delivery problems. He sees compaq reducing their orders to smod and who knows who else may be dropping smod. This picture is not encouraging.
