I think it's an amalgamation of all things. I don't think there's been a huge amount of turnover - average it out over some period of time. Previously, VNTV went through a long period of relatively low turnover. I just think there's not that much to read into it.

and, so far as hypothetical SEBL changes - pls. don't put words into my mouth. I would look at the situation case-by-case, at that time.
