Part of what IDT gains from the relationship with IBM is access to Northbridge circuitry needed for integrated backside memory. The article on Henry's recent comments mentioned this. They also got 2.5 v technology. These are part of what IBM calls their "Blue Logic" SOC core logic products. My hope is that IDT is able to leverage their "core competencies" (don't you just love the use of all these buzz-words?) to have the tightest and slickest access integrated memory. That can make a lot of difference in furthering the cost advantage over IDT's competitors.

One of these days . . . one of these days . . . we will see volume production and bottom line results.
