The CEO's plan is short on details, except issuing/selling new shares does not appear to be an option at this point. So, at least we're not looking at a dilution of shares.

The 8.8 million realized from the sale should put HRP back into "good financial shape". The question is, can they "do anything from here"?

On the plus side, the Directors & Insiders own more than 50% of this company. They will certainly be interested in "increasing shareholder value".

The minus side is that HRP is worth less now than it was a year ago.

For some historical info on HRP see the info below from FP's 10 year price range:

YEAR HIGH LOW
1997 1.08 0.50
1996 1.02 0.43
1995 2.97 0.51
1994 4.05 0.90
1993 1.85 0.85
1992 0.95 0.30
1991 0.75 0.40
1990 0.85 0.45
1989 0.75 0.25
1988 0.75 0.40
1987 0.80 0.35

I can't find any info more than 11 years back, but based on these numbers this looks like a good stock to "trade".

Note: I am an "investor" in this stock at 0.65 average cost.

I hate to sell at a "loss" but reality is reality.

When you "bail out", let me know.

When everyone else on this thread has "bailed out too" then I'll probably "bail out also".
