So what you are saying essentially is that this sale by Mr. Stonebraker is in its timing can be considered a "regular" sale that would of transacted irregardless of the recent news. I am not challenging here, I am just restating what you said in a form that is significant to me. I have not looked to verify, but I would not be surprised if this turns out to be true based on what you have said.
