This 70MM (or possibly more) surely dilutes 1998 eps estimates to what they made in 1997! Well, I guess these steps have to be taken, when growing a company. Hey, how many shares does Ira own?

I think that you have seen the facts unfold in front of this thread's eyes. As you can see, eat all of your words!

FAMH has not even moved towards the SEC filing desk or office! The conference call, new president, etc. should be your proof!
