Steven, careful examination of your chart shows that some execs sold more shares than they owned. For example, Leon Malmed sold 30,000 shares leaving 10,765 shares, sold 20,000 leaving 11,385 and finally sold 30,000 shares but still had 11,385 on hand.

I would guess that he was exercising options as soon as they became available but the spacing of just a few months between transactions makes me wonder. Anyone have a reasonable explanation?
