Yes, TED, I guess there must be more going on than the superficial name change. Your comments on the structural changes suggest that Bemer has been paid for the patents and for BigiSoft to retain the intellectual property rights. The new investors did not simply hand over money to BMR, as it were. They appear to want control of the development, marketing, distribution, revenues, etc. It would be interesting to know what his position is now re company control. And the makup of the board.
