Nobody proved he did. And in this country you are innocent until proven guilty. Apperently there wasn't enough evidence to make a court case worthwhile. Paula Jones was paid to smear the president. IF you think she's an upstanding citizen who's been wronged, ask yourself, why did she wait so long to file charges?

Exactly right. The Court said her claims, even if true, did not constitute a violation of Ms. Jones civil rights. The Court expressly did not address the issue of whether in fact her allegations were true. JLA
