Agree with most everything you say. Today's news release I see as good news. The only thing I have a problem with is:

<Nobody is looking to pump the stock up in order to make a short term gain as the product is just too good.>

While the ASE is nowhere near as bad as the VSE there will always be those playing these pennies up and down. And why not if there is money to be made.

I bought a toe hold on the 15th and may pick up some more in the next while on the pullbacks.

Jim

DR,

I am assuming, from your profile, and hope that I am not repeating what to others may be common knowledge, that you are the Duncan R. McKay that holds the 5 year convertible debenture from RRN. Can you fill us in on the details of this debenture? I assume that it is convertible to common stock - at what price? Is it subordinated to all other debt? This debenture is mentioned on the news release that Ed posted on the 19th but so far I have not been able to find more details.

Also on the SVV thread you mention the connection between Roper and SVV. I see that Richard Watson is Pres of both Roper and Silver Peak. Are you the same Duncan McKay that is Director Corporate Development at Silver Peak? Are you a director at Roper as well? Can you fill us in on any other connections between Roper, SVV and SEE?

Regards,

Jim
