OK guys...A quick analysis of EPS for '98.

70,000,000 O/S
5,000,000 Net Revenue as per the pro forma. Does not include all divisions.
EPS... .0714 at least for '98 with no more shares. Big if there.

I think ARIF has been snookered good by IRA and his partner Rob.

All the weeping yesterday over Ira's poor health and not a word from them today w/regard to his condition. hmm.

So was Ira doing the printing and Rob doing the cashing in?

I think there was enough time to say yes or no to the M.D. show or did I miss that when on another call?
