Leroy....I think we're looking at least .07 EPS for '98 with no additional shares issued. But we can't rely on that. 100,000,000 shares equates to .05 EPS without the other divisions. I honestly think Morton Downey will be canned. This was Ira's brainstorm and it appears Arif wants to concentrate on HIS business. Ira was just leading him everywhere. I really think Ira was hustling him. I'm disappointed in the additional O/S, but , IMHO, earnings will be positive for '98. I'm not sure if I'll be around that long, however.
