I have this feeling that AIME probably dictated what should appear with regard to the contract. It, the 10Q, could have been more forthcoming but it is not the end of the world.

JDN, put your double entry hat on and think also about the revenue recognition. What are the book keeping entries for the deal. I am sure it should be as we discussed before, where the AIME shares are just another form of cash/receivable......?

Having said that, I think if I was the CFO of MSU I would probably want only enough revenue in FY98 to make a small profit, so that FY99 was already guaranteed to show a much bigger profit. It is all about sustaining and managing the growth. I have been there and done it. There is no long term point in having a blow out FY98 only to have less profit in FY99.

I am still incredulous that UVEWD and CFON can rocket on thin air. MSU have actually done a serious deal, have said in the 10Q that they will make a profit, their P/E multiple is going to be probably between 4 and 10 at yesterdays close, and yet the stock seems to be suffering from such a severe case of comatose lethargy that a dead sloth would be jealous of it ......
