Malcolm, make sense to me. I'm glad you posted that. I have been thinking the same, Dr. D was under no pressure for money as he was in the past. Could the financial pr firm have been giving Fonar some advice to settle? For the right price, of course. I suppose they don't give advice like that though. The lawyers do that. Just musing.....Thanks to your friend.
Patti

Its an invitation to be lazy. Once the money is put in the till, there is no need to go out and "kick ass" and dominate the market with the best and fastest gizmo. The money will be quickly spent on conferences, boats for the president and directors, seminars in Spain and long vacations.

Its a forcast of lasting decay in what was one of the indepedent innovators in the field. My best wish for FONAR is to merge its innovations with one of the market leaders and go forward from here.

Joe.

Malcolm--good piece from your friend. The main reason I've been in
Fonar was the lack of downside risk. I would, however, like to see
more of an upside reward for having my $ parked here so long. Have
been feeling a lot more positive vibes lately, though.

Hi Malcolm,--re message 9767---- It occurs to me that Fonar is no longer a "concept stock" with a unique patent. THE patent has expired ,and the industry is mature. Also, when you buy the $25000 farm the "old geezer"who owned the farm stays and runs it as he likes and only gives you whatever he wants, whenever he wants, if ever he wants. This will be a hard sell for the investment banker and the new PR firm [i.e. you must have total confidence in the "old geezer" who to date has only rewarded owners with "trading pops"]-----That said I own some Fonar because 1. I admire Dr. D 2. limited downside 3.the stock may get hyped again 4. Fonar may start to execute [ this I doubt in view of the "PPM sell to myself model"--just my prejudice]---- Best Wishes and Good Luck to long termers and short timers alike--JG
