ML--Toshiba sold the commies special computer controlled grinding and polishing machines, which gave them the capability to produce perfect props for their nuke subs. By perfect I mean silent running, at high speed. At the time, this was a big event.

I think they should release all the details of the settlement.
Like how much cash are they getting? As far as a cross-license deal, Toshiba has nothing. They can out manufacture anyone, but invent anything? It's not in the their culture. They copy.

This Fonar story is starting to wear. We need some price movement soon, or this stock will be an orphan.
I think they should have gone to trial and rolled the dice.
