I am with you David, so lets please get back to FAMH! I am not hyping or bashing this company. I am not negative or positive. I just want the truth so we can put an end to this conspiricy.

To all:

I have been lurking form sometime now.

Today's announcement that there are 70 million shares outstanding
was a surprise to me. We should not have surprises like this.
Communication from the company must improve.

If the company is effectively managed, FAMH should have a positive
cash flow of at least 10 million a year. That is why I think FAMH
is undervalued even with 70 million shares outstanding.

Granted we need to know who got the share and why. With that
information we can better assess the value received and the
effectiveness of management.

Unless a great deal comes down the line, the FAMH should hold
off on additional acquisitions. FAMH should be BUYING shares at this level.

Enough said for my first post.

Show me the AUDITED numbers!!
