One concern I have from today's SEC filings is the words about Banyan having to find financing in order to make the acquisitions. Probably this was obvious to others on this thread from the original announcement, but it has just arrived late in my out of the way station.

Do I remember today's readings correctly that Banyan is a new company? If this is correct, then a new company acquiring money-losing operations will be seeking financing. Is this correct? Seems like it would be difficult to obtain that financing.

Sorry I couldn't wait longer.

What are they going to buy back the stock with? This company has no money. Everyone keeps saying they have 7 million (or whatever) cash on hand but they DON'T. They money won't come until closing on the deal with Banyan in the FALL. Money from the lawsuit? What law suit?
We haven't heard anything about this.
