Here's a simple way to copy and paste:

Go to Craig's version of the indicator, highlight all the formulas,
then use your keyboard and hit <Ctrl> and <C>.

Close or minimize Craig's window and go to Indicator builder
in Metastock. Hit "New" give it a name, and in the main part
click your left mouse at the beginning in the box where you want to put the formula and from the
keyboard hit <Ctrl> and <V>.

That should do it. Good luck.

After copying from the SI post (edit/copy or Ctrl+C), in MSWIN go

Tools | Indicator Builder | New | Ctrl+V (with cursor in the Formula window)

Watch out for CRs and LFs after pasted. I see Claud beat me to it.

You can paste by right-clicking with the mouse. That brings up a menu including "paste."
