Sergio,

Congrats on IFCI - started off slow but a real winner. Great pick.

Don't know if anyone else here is into it but the NOVL release came out. Earnings beat the street by a penny ($0.05 vs. $0.04) and revenue was up over last quarter...but only by $10M. I was hoping for more; at least it wasn't down (hope they didn't resort to stuffing the sales channels). While the mix of opinion on what will happen tomorrow seems to indicate a flat day, I think it will fall back to its trading range around 10 1/2. On to other ideas...

Phil

Sergio - IFCI, are you in this one. Do you think the warrants might be a better deal if the common takes off?

>>Another day full or large block activity for FORD (12).<<

This one is driving me crazy. I still can't get over a stock like this with the float it has trading 1 million shares and moving 1/16 either way. The volume has been huge the last couple of days. I would have to agree with you that something must be up.

>>ITSY, how does the merger look? <<

Looks like an arb play to me sergio. A lot like CON and DHI. ITSY shareholders get a conversion rate of .2341 for PRGN stock. It is suppose to close sometime next quarter. Based on PRGN's price today ISTY shareholders would get $4.98. If this is the case we should be able to play a range probably between 4 and 5 5/16 for a couple of months. One thing is for sure, as PRGN goes so will ITSY.

Anybody have any thoughts?

Cary

>>RADIF (not RADAF) has Boeing's interest. Comments?<<

The Boeing interest and investment is definitely interesting. One would have to be willing to look past a couple of issues and focus on the new CATS Test Workstations and the Boeing deal though.

They currently have more liabilities than assets. The revenues have decreased 33% because of company new focus yet the G/A expenses were up 21% (normally not a good sign). Those coupled with the fact that they are a foreign company from Israel and have yet to file the fourth quarter report that ended December 1997. Gee that sounds real familiar (BOSCF).

Boeing situation looks very tempting though. Hmmmmmm....
Anybody else have any ideas?

Cary
