Gary - I'm not disturbed by this at all...Mory has finally figured out the game -- undershoot, lead expectations lower, then come in line or slightly higher and everyone is happy. If you overstate, then the whisper numbers overstate even more and before you know it you've missed the whisper by a penny and your stock is trashed. This strategy works for lots of the "big" stocks -- MSFT does this every quarter. -ac p.s. he so much as said he's doing this when he said he "learned his lesson".
