Freddie,

Your explanation is plausible. However, I believe in strict accountability. When your in management and being paid the big bucks you have responsibility for which you can not pass the buck. Arif sits behind the big desk and the buck starts and stops with him. No other. So, for my money, he is fully responsible for every bad press release, every missed date, every lousy conference call etc. Why because he sits at the big desk. Mistakes can and do get made but they are supposed to be corrected. There must be oversight - not blindsight. That is what happened to us, we were blindsided with the news of 70 million shares and, SEC filings etc. etc. etc.

These problems must be corrected soon. If the company has any future it will have to be proven. I was dismayed that no mention of MD relationship was mentioned or pursued at todays CC. I had hoped it would come up because of the VERY VERY LARGE potential Earnings we were told it would generate. Which, by the way, is one of the primary reasons I got into this stock in the first place. Now I don't know if it was just another false press release or not. None of us know for sure and we need some answers.

Kevin

Thanks everyone for the postings from "Ira" and Arif", whoever they turn out to be. I will get a fat fax off to Arif first thing in the a.m., and then follow up w/ a phone call to him .

Factually, we all heard Ira on several CC's state the OS was 50 to 53mm, using different numbers at different times and a range, as I recall in one CC, of 50-52 or so. We definitely have a different factual issue here, w/ Arif stating it was 70 OS and 28. Hopefully, Arif will shed some light on this for us soon.

But the good news he reminded me of at least twice is that 40mm are restricted. So the float is still tight. If forward revs are in the neighborhood of $125-150m as has been claimed by Ira, FAMH will be real strong, even w/ the new OS and float when you factor in the other earnings producers.

Thanks, all, for your help. I'll get back to you when I hear.

Gary
