<<No mention in letter dated April 2 of what has happened since Dec. Lord, will the second gold bar be poured in 1998?>>

I haven't seen the Annual Report yet, but I did speak to the PR person for LLL a couple of months ago and was told that they were "pouring 35 to 40 oz of gold a day". Also that "the mill has been operating at 700 tons per day since December 1st". I am surprised to hear that there is no mention of this in the Annual Report. I'll call again and ask for confirmation.

CORRECTION CORRECTION

I received an email from Francois and he pointed out that on page four there was data on gold production. 8 bars have been poured since startup in September. WOW! No wonder it is buried on page four. The presidents letter talked about trees and the like - not gold.

Oh my, environment must be most important in Costa Rica. Maybe it was embarrassing to talk about the meager production.

Oh well, I have always though of LLL as an exploration play anyway.
