I just hope we don't see that $1.00 price near term because of a massive reverse split.

Keep in mind another ticking clock. The latest reg S dilution begins on June 8 for 1/3 of the Million Dollars. For that to take place they have to do a reverse split before then or they will not be able to issue enough shares to cover it. Am I correct?
